On April 6, we will see a beautiful day of action and environmental awareness with a group of enthusiastic and committed young people. Within the framework of the Social and Environmental Impact Days promoted by Marina Ibiza, I will go out to the sea to explore, observe and understand there that it is not always seen from the shore.

From the very beginning, the boys showed an exemplary attitude: curious, participatory and eager to learn. We began the day observing the seascape, coastal birds, and understanding how the sea is part of a delicate ecosystem that must be protected.

In a hidden and quiet cove, we carried out a small clean-up. The young people collected floating and shoreline waste, classified it by type and reflected on its origin. It was an exercise in attention, analysis and shared responsibility where each object told a story.

Then, we climbed into the dinghy and with the help of binoculars we explored the seabed. They saw posidonia, fish and rock formations, learning to recognize what makes the local ecosystem unique. All this was accompanied by educational cards and posters that helped identify the species seen and better understand their importance.

As a final touch, the group enjoyed a well-deserved swim in crystal clear waters. Between laughter, jumping and games, an atmosphere of real connection with the sea was created: one that is not only admired, but also cared for and respected.

This day was a demonstration of what happens when nature, knowledge and attitude combine. The commitment of the young people was impressive: they actively participated, asked questions, shared ideas and demonstrated that love for the sea is learned by living it.

Thanks to the educational team present, to the Galaxie crew and to all the people who make these trips possible, where the Mediterranean becomes a classroom, refuge and engine of awareness.
